Head of Sales / Sales Manager / Sales Director

The Sales Manager (Player-Coach) will lead ShareVault’s entire sales organization, driving revenue growth, execution, team performance, and culture. This role carries both a team quota and an individual quota, requiring the manager to lead from the front by closing strategic deals.

At the same time, the role focuses on building a scalable, repeatable sales organization that delivers consistent results. Reporting to the CEO, the Sales Manager has authority over hiring, compensation, forecasting, execution standards, and is responsible for executive reporting and board presentations.

Controller – Hands-On B2B SaaS Finance Leader

ShareVault is hiring a hands-on Controller to lead financial operations in a B2B SaaS environment. The role combines traditional accounting with FP&A, systems automation, and strategic support, working closely with leadership to improve processes, optimize financial systems, and support company growth.

The ideal candidate is experienced in SaaS finance, tech-savvy, and comfortable balancing strategy with execution. They’ll oversee a small team, manage reporting and cash flow, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and key business decisions in a flexible, remote setup.
