ShareVault Reader enables you to view a PDF document or SVPDF document securely.

- Saving a Document to your Computer
ShareVault Reader provides the capability to save a document to your computer, if you have permission to do so. When you save a document, ShareVault Reader saves it to your computer as an SVPDF file with an .svpdf file extension.
To save a document:
- Open the document to save.
- Choose File > Save As.
- Choose the folder to which you want to save the document.
- Enter a name for the document to be saved, if different than the name of the document you are saving.
- Click Save. The SVPDF document will open in the ShareVault Reader.
The ShareVault policy, which is selected by the administrator, controls whether saving is allowed. If the ShareVault security policy does not allow saving for a document, this function will be disabled.
