ShareVault

You can open a document in ShareVault Reader, then search for a word or any set of characters by entering them in the search field on the toolbar:

If you can’t see the search field when you open the document, enlarge the window.

• Find text: Click your mouse in the search field on the toolbar, or select Edit > Find from the menu bar or press Ctrl+F. Type a word or phrase in the search field. Press the Enter key to begin searching immediately, or just wait a few moments and ShareVault Reader will automatically search for the word or phrase you typed.
• Use selected text for a find: Select the text for which you want to search, then choose Edit > Find Selection.

When you enter a phrase in the search field, ShareVault Reader highlights each instance of the phrase in yellow. The currently selected instance is enclosed in a gray rectangle. ShareVault Reader also displays an information bar informing you of:

• The number of pages on which the phrase occurs
• The number of the current occurrence
• The total number of occurrences

You can use the Next () and Previous () buttons on the toolbar to go to the next or previous occurrence of the phrase. You can also use Edit > Find Next and Edit > Find Previous to go to the next or previous item.
